Zhongcai Growth Fund Series Two SP (“SP2”) was officially launched on 14th May, 2018. The fund is available for professional investors only. The fund has appointed Zhongcai Asset Management Limited as the Fund Manager. Mr. Li Wan Chau, of Head of Investment and Fund Manager manages all the subscription, redemption and investment decision-making matters. The fund mainly invests in the secondary stock market. Fund investment is not limited to Hong Kong market, the fund manager is also actively looking for suitable investment opportunities in the global market, including US stocks and A-shares market in China. The fund’s maximum leverage is 30%. The fund does not involve investments in derivatives.
